Deposit

A $1,000 deposit reserves your place. Booking begins after a conversation with Brent confirms fit.

Cancellation

The $1,000 deposit is transferable, not refundable, until 30 days before the retreat start date.

Cancellations made within 30 days of departure forfeit the deposit.

Balance

The balance payment schedule will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Trip changes

The daily itinerary may change according to surf, weather, and local conditions. This flexibility is core to the trip.

Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required. Guests should carry appropriate coverage for surfing, travel disruption, and medical expenses.
